Most BIRKENSTOCK models come in two widths: regular and narrow. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and look for the 'footprint' symbol on the footbed—a filled-in footprint indicates a narrow fit, while an outline indicates a regular fit.
What is the difference between the Regular and Soft Footbed?
The Regular Footbed features our anatomically shaped cork-latex core for firm support. The Soft Footbed includes an additional integrated foam layer for extra cushioning from the very first step.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain threshold, while express options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I clean and maintain my Birkenstocks?
To clean the suede or leather, use a specialized brush or damp cloth. For the footbed, we recommend using a mild soap and a soft brush, then allowing them to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
