The BIRKENSTOCK models Zermatt and Andermatt feature a removable footbed, allowing you to choose between three insoles: the Standard Footbed, Soft Footbed, and Shearling Footbed. All three can be ordered separately, making them ideal for year-round wear. The Shearling Footbed provides a particularly snug shearling lining to keep feet cosy in colder temperatures. To use, the replacement footbed should lie flat on the inner shoe sole and fit snugly into the heel section. If required, remove any existing footbed before inserting the new one.
