Pack Your Items
Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
